Welcome to The American Dream Vacation Rentals. My Husband and I have lived in Taylor County, FL our entire lives. We have fished the coastline and can't imagine living anywhere else. We own Steinhatchee Bait and Tackle and I am a Realtor and Property Manager. We love helping folks visit and make some unforgettable memories.
Whether you need to know the best food places, the local hideaway fishing spots, or where the scallops are being found while you are here, we can help. Give us a call or stop by the bait shop.
We always encourage everyone that has never been here before to book a charter on day 1, not the last day. On Day 1 you can get a view of the area and the captain will show you around. After that you can take your boat or rent one and have a great time. The worst thing to do is come with the family and try to find everything yourself for 3 days and the family gets frustrated. We want everyone to have a good time.
